Eric Sengpiel

Eric Sengpiel is an Associate with Lancaster Pollard Mortgage Company in Columbus. Eric is responsible for the evaluation of property, financial analysis, the assessment of real estate attributes, the analysis of credit characteristics specific to the sectors served, preparation of FHA/USDA/Fannie Mae loan applications, interaction with all funding participants and coordinating the closing process. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from University of the Pacific and his Master’s in Economics from Indiana University. He has obtained his FINRA Series 52 and 79 certifications.
