Ken Gould

Ken is a senior managing director and a member of the executive committee of Lancaster Pollard. He works out of the firm's Philadelphia office and is the regional manager for the firm's Northeast region. He is the lead health care banker for clients in Philadelphia and New Jersey and has been instrumental in bringing to market a variety of financing structures totaling more than $1 billion. He has a thorough understanding of the various financing structures available through conventional financing, FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae and USDA Programs.
